Manage Your Time

Every night before going to bed, I sit down and my plans for the next few days. These ten minutes from the planning are so essential for me, as I do, so the next day will be productive, and I want my time wisely and consciously.

So many people feel that they are victims of time - the whole day, interrupted or derived, and one way or another, one way or another, has suddenly midnight and still looking for their morning list of things to do .

We are not the victims of the time. In fact you can see how quickly your relationship with the time change when you decide to sit down and pull your day. Sometimes the only difference from the letter and see that reality on paper. Imagine the day when you feel efficient and productive. Imagine going to bed, content with the way the last twelve hours.

Here are a few things to keep in mind during your planning sessions:

-Recognizing that time is precious.There are only 24 hours a day, you can hunt and we can scream, but in the end, that is all we get. If you look at the day as a container of time, you can only fill in the container can contain. A day may hold only 24 hours of appointments, phone calls, and family time, time is precious, finite, and for your use. Choose to fill with things that nourish your life and help you to grow.

-How do you decide on your time.Just like you want to spend 24 hours? What are the three most important things you need to make your days feel full and well spent? This month, to determine the priorities of those things and make sure you have designated a certain period for them - and nothing else.

-Give me your Che.Here are the most important role. To achieve what you want to do, once you are doing. This may seem obvious, but many of us say what we do when we free time. When there is time for things that you really want to achieve in your life? It may seem silly to write that you read in bed by nine to ten, but you will see that this is a calming practice. Marking down ensures that even before the day begins, you need a time for this activity.

-Focus on the moment.Point to a moment of what you (or a time for his work) is to ensure that everything you want to do is a certain place in your day. With this knowledge you can then all your energy to what you do at the moment - and not worry about something else. When finally able to draw your attention and energy on the moment at hand, you can stuff more quickly and easily - and it will feel pleasant as well.
